why am i giving this away?

As a childbirth educator and mother, I can see how much time and effort families put into preparing for a new baby and for birth.  But time and time again I see families entirely unprepared by postpartum.  So I decided to do something about it.  I created an entire online course for veterinarians preparing for motherhood. But honestly, I want to change the entire culture around postpartum, not just a few family's lives. And that takes a lot more effort and access.  So I created this free guide as a general outline available to everyone. I want this to start conversations. I want to challenge preconceptions. I want to change the entire perception of postpartum.  I might be a little obsessed. But my obsession is your gain.
